Atera RMM

Objective:
To implement Atera RMM within the existing IT environment, enabling comprehensive remote monitoring and management while integrating with Active Directory (AD) for streamlined user and device management.
 

Scope:
This project includes:
 

1. Atera RMM Deployment:

   • Configuring Atera RMM to monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.

   • Setting up automation for patch management, alerts, and reporting to improve efficiency and system reliability.
      

2. Active Directory Integration:

   • Configuring synchronization between Atera RMM and Active Directory for centralized management of user and device information.

   • Ensuring secure authentication and role-based access controls for IT administrators using AD credentials.
      

3. Custom Alerts and Automation Rules:

   • Defining and implementing custom rules in Atera for proactive monitoring based on organizational needs.
      

4. Testing and Validation:

   • Conducting thorough testing to verify integration functionality and ensure accurate synchronization with AD.

   • Addressing any compatibility issues and optimizing system performance.
      

5. Training and Documentation:

   • Providing training for IT staff to utilize Atera RMM features effectively.

   • Delivering documentation on system configuration and operational guidelines.
