Mosyle MDM

Project Scope

Objective:
To implement Mosyle MDM within the IT environment to enable centralized management, secure configuration, and streamlined deployment of iPadOS and tvOS devices, enhancing efficiency and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
 

Scope:
This project will include the following activities:
 

1. Mosyle MDM Deployment:

   • Set up and configure the Mosyle MDM platform tailored to the organization’s needs.

   • Integrate with existing IT infrastructure for seamless device management and administration.
      

2. Device Enrollment and Configuration:

   • Enroll iPadOS and tvOS devices into Mosyle MDM using Apple’s Device Enrollment Program (DEP) for zero-touch provisioning.

   • Apply standardized configurations, including Wi-Fi settings, restrictions, and security policies, to ensure consistency and compliance.
      

3. App and Content Management:

   • Deploy and manage apps and digital content using Mosyle’s application distribution tools.

   • Configure device-specific settings for optimal performance and usability.
      

4. Security and Compliance Enforcement:

   • Implement security measures such as password policies, encryption, and remote wipe capabilities to safeguard organizational data.

   • Monitor and enforce compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
      

5. Testing and Validation:

   • Conduct testing to ensure proper functionality of enrolled devices, including access to required apps and services.

   • Resolve any issues encountered during deployment and optimize configurations as needed.
      

6. Training and Documentation:

   • Provide training to IT staff on managing and maintaining devices through Mosyle MDM.

   • Deliver comprehensive documentation covering system setup, device management workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
      

Deliverables:

• Fully operational Mosyle MDM platform integrated with the existing IT environment.

• All iPadOS and tvOS devices enrolled and configured according to organizational requirements.

• Documentation and training materials for IT staff and end users.
