Building reliable enterprise infrastructure.

I've spent the last seven years in IT, starting on a university help desk and growing into the systems and infrastructure that quietly keep organizations running. I like solving the root cause, learning something new every week, and doing the unglamorous work well. Lately that's meant going deeper into identity, security, and the Microsoft cloud.

Foundation

B.S. Information Technology, Minor in Mathematics

Southern New Hampshire University · 2019 to 2023

Built the fundamentals, operating systems, networking, and systems architecture, alongside a mathematics minor. This is where I discovered I liked the infrastructure layer most: the systems everything else depends on.

Help Desk

IT Helpdesk Support

Southern New Hampshire University · Manchester, NH · Sep 2019 to Mar 2023

Delivered frontline technical support to faculty, staff, and students while earning my degree, resolving hardware, software, and network issues and learning how real users and systems break.

Systems & Infrastructure

IT Support Specialist

Autumn Harp · Essex Junction, VT · May 2023 to Dec 2024

Owned daily IT operations and infrastructure for a 300+ user environment, administering Active Directory and Windows Server 2022, hardening endpoints, and building the documentation an organization runs on.

Identity & Cloud

IT Support Specialist

Blue Summit Technologies · San Diego, CA · Feb 2025 to Jun 2026

Administered Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune across multiple commercial and SMB client environments, a security-first, multi-tenant role that pushed me deep into identity, access, and cloud administration.

Accomplishments

  • Administered Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune tenants across multiple client environments
  • Configured secure identity: user provisioning, role-based access control, and MFA enforcement
  • Supported and secured LAN/WAN networks, IP configurations, and network security controls
  • Performed system hardening, patch management, and vulnerability mitigation; deployed VMware environments

I'm drawn to the infrastructure layer, the identity systems, servers, and cloud services that everything else quietly depends on. When they work, no one notices. When they don't, everyone does. I like being the person who makes sure they work.

My path started on a university help desk and grew into systems and infrastructure work, over seven years across environments of 300 to 500+ users. Along the way I moved deeper into administration: Active Directory and Windows Server, endpoint security with CrowdStrike and Intune, and identity in Entra ID and Microsoft 365, always with a security-first mindset.

Now I'm engineering my way toward full cloud infrastructure. I'm studying for AZ-104, sharpening my Azure and automation skills, and I co-founded Flexyn, a complete production platform, where I built its technical foundation from schema to deployment. Curiosity got me here; automation and cloud are where I'm going.
